Life Church Petersfield is a church that has grown and developed over more than 30 years and is a part of the spiritual life of our town.

 

Our vision is to express the life of Jesus in our lives so that others around us will be attracted by Him and be drawn to Him so that they may have their own relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. To put it simply... we want to be like Jesus in our community.

 

To do this we need to be a people who:

Above all else our lives should be devoted to the one who loves us and gave His Son, Jesus, to die for us on the cross.

 

If we love God then we cannot escape the truth that we must also love our neighbour, whoever and wherever they may be.

 

As we commit our lives to serve God then we must live as He would have us live; to be pure in thought, word and actions.

 

The effect of the love that God has shown to us impels us to tell others the good news through word and deed.

 

As we do these things in our personal lives then we will live a balanced life of service, discipleship and mission which will fuilfill the call of God on us. This will enable us to grow in maturity, relationships and in numbers.
